Handmade treasures by independent artisans, since 1998.
We are dedicated to producing one-of-a-kind, personalised pieces that showcase the craftsmanship, attention to detail and artistic expression of their makers. No two are ever quite the same.
From olive wood and clay to leather and handwoven cactus silk, every material is chosen with care and worked by hand using techniques passed down through generations.
Shop the collectionTo keep traditional handwork alive and bring its quiet beauty into everyday homes.
Connecting artisans with appreciative customers and promoting the beauty of handmade creation, fairly and sustainably.
From the table to the walls, we curate a small collection of handmade pieces made to be used and loved every day.
Olive-wood boards, ceramic mugs and bowls for everyday meals and gatherings.
Handwoven baskets, macramé and cushions that add warmth and texture to a room.
Hand-stitched wallets and card holders made to be carried and loved for years.
Hand-poured soy candles and clay incense burners for calm, scented spaces.
Jade Abacus is more than a store. We partner directly with independent artisans, potters, weavers, woodworkers and leatherworkers, give them fair work, and bring their craft to a wider home. Every order supports a real maker and helps keep traditional skills alive.
Beyond the collection, we connect curious customers with the makers themselves through workshops and made-to-order commissions, so you can own a piece with a story you helped shape.
Everything is produced in small batches, inspected by hand and finished with care before it earns a place in the collection. We would rather make less, and make it well.
That means natural materials chosen for their quality, finishes that are safe and durable, and pieces designed to be repaired and kept, not replaced. It is a slower way to shop, and a kinder one.
