Products & pricing

All products are handmade, so natural variation in colour, grain and finish is expected and is not a defect. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product and pricing information; if an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order after acceptance (for example, if an item is unavailable or an error is found), with a full refund in that case.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
